Terms of Service

1. The service

BloxBunny ("we", "us") provides analytics on publicly available information about experiences published on the Roblox platform: concurrent player counts, visits, favorites, vote ratios, discovery-sort placement and related derived metrics.

Data is collected on an approximately hourly cadence. Collection has been interrupted at various points and the archive contains gaps; these are documented in full on our data coverage page and are rendered as gaps in the product rather than interpolated.

2. No affiliation with Roblox

BloxBunny is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or in any way officially connected to Roblox Corporation or any of its subsidiaries. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. All game names, creator names and associated marks belong to their respective owners.

Information about individual experiences is derived from publicly accessible Roblox endpoints and pages. If you are the owner of an experience and wish to discuss its listing, contact us.

3. Accounts

Some features require a free account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Accounts are for a single person or organisation; sharing account credentials so that several parties use one subscription is not permitted.

We may suspend or terminate an account that is used in breach of these terms.

4. Paid plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Patreon, not through this site. Your entitlement is determined by matching the email address on your Patreon pledge to the email address on your BloxBunny account; if these differ, the plan will not activate automatically and you should contact support so it can be linked manually.

Prices are as stated on the pricing section of our site at the time you subscribe. To cancel, cancel the pledge on Patreon; your access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are handled according to Patreon's own policies.

Bespoke data extracts are supplied separately under an individual written agreement and are not part of any subscription.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, spider or otherwise systematically extract data from BloxBunny, whether by automated means or manually;
• resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish BloxBunny data, in whole or in substantial part, without a written licence from us;
• share account access with parties outside the subscribing person or organisation;
• attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, authentication or any other technical restriction;
• use the service in a way that interferes with its operation or with other users' access to it.

6. Data licence and permitted use

Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use BloxBunny data internally for research, analysis and business decision-making for as long as your plan is active.

You may quote or screenshot individual figures in reports, articles and presentations provided BloxBunny is credited as the source. This does not extend to bulk reproduction of the dataset or to any use that would let a third party substitute your copy for a subscription.

No bulk export, downloadable dataset or public data API is offered on any subscription plan.

7. Data is provided as-is

The service and all data are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We derive our figures from third-party sources that we do not control and that may themselves be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. We do not warrant that the data is accurate, current or complete, that collection will be uninterrupted, or that historical coverage is free of gaps — indeed, we publish the gaps we know about.

Nothing on BloxBunny is financial, investment, legal or professional advice. Decisions you take on the basis of this data are yours alone.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloxBunny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may change these terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION TO BE SET], and the courts of [JURISDICTION TO BE SET] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
